Is BloodSense a substitute for a doctor?
No, absolutely not. BloodSense is designed to enhance, not replace, your relationship with your doctor. Our goal is to provide you with clear interpretations so you can have more informed, productive, and confident conversations about your health. The report is for informational purposes only and is not a medical diagnosis.
What types of lab tests does BloodSense analyze?
BloodSense is effective for a wide variety of lab tests across three main categories:

What file format do I need for my lab report?
Our platform is designed to work with PDF files, as this is the most common format for lab results. If you have a different file type or encounter any difficulties during the upload, our customer support team is ready to assist you.
Can I trust BloodSense with my data?
Yes. We earn your trust by using robust security measures, including data anonymization and end-to-end encryption, to protect your information. We are designed with HIPAA-aligned security practices and GDPR compliant.
Who can see my results?
You are in control. Only you, and anyone you explicitly choose to share your report with, can see your results. In rare cases, for maintenance or support, our technical team may have limited, temporary access under strict confidentiality and security agreements.
Will my report be used for AI training?
To continuously improve our services, we use fully anonymized data to train our AI models. This means all personal identifiers are removed. However, you are always in control. As stated in our Terms of Use, you can easily opt-out of this by sending an email to our support team at contact@bloodsense.ai.
How is my personal health information secured?
Protecting your privacy is fundamental to what we do. We ensure your data is secure through multiple layers of protection:
